Tom is very nice to work with. Always goes over and above without complaining and even does extra work to make things right without charging extra. Tom does a great job of staying on schedule also.
This company handled the painting of 40 homes in my HOA after we had some hail damage and they did excellent work. Tom the owner was a pleasure to schedule and coordinate the work with and he and his crew do amazing work. All the homes look better than new and I highly recommend using them. He answered all my questions and concerns promptly and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.
We had a very, very good experience with Tom and his crew. They painted the exterior of our home, and it looks gorgeous. They also sanded and stained our deck, doing their absolute best to spruce it up even though storm damage had almost annihilated it. They cleaned up after themselves and didn’t miss any details. Tom didn’t know we were hiring him during an incredibly stressful time in our lives, and he handled all of our potentially unreasonable questions with professionalism and confidence. He tried to help us convince our insurance company that they needed to contribute more money to repair the hailstorm damage to our home. He responded to every request we made, whether in person or by phone or email. He stands by his crew while also truly listening to his clients’ concerns, even when his clients are entirely overwhelmed by other circumstances and unconsciously grasping for something to control. I would very, very happily use Paints Well with Colors for any and all future jobs.
